Sources
We rely on primary sources: each company's pricing page, help center, product documentation, and published terms. We don't base factual claims on other review sites. When two official pages disagree, we report both and say which one we followed.
Prices and limits
Prices are US-dollar list prices as shown on the vendor's own page on the date given in the article. Vendors change prices, run promotions, and sometimes show different prices by region or account. Always confirm on the vendor's site before you buy.
No hands-on testing unless stated
Unless an article explicitly says a product was tested, it wasn't. Our articles describe what vendors publish about their products. They don't describe how a product feels to use, how fast it is, or how good its support is, and they contain no test results or screenshots presented as our own experience.
What we don't know
If we couldn't confirm something from an official source, the article says so plainly and tells you how to check it yourself. We don't fill gaps with guesses.
Comparisons
Comparison articles cover where each product fits and where it doesn't. The site is about Jotform, but articles don't always recommend it. The order of products in a list reflects use case, not payment.
Legal and compliance topics
Some articles mention topics such as HIPAA or electronic signatures. They report what vendors state and are not legal advice. No product makes an organization compliant by itself.
Updates and corrections
Each article shows when it was last updated and when its sources were last checked. If you spot an error, use the contact page. We correct factual errors and update the date on the article.
Commercial relationships
See the affiliate disclosure for whether any links on this site earn a commission. Commercial relationships don't decide what an article concludes.
